Patent Vinyl Buckle with silvertone hardware - 3 1/2" long. The look can be hard-edged or sweet, depending on how you use them. They would also work on handbags or on jackets for little dogs. There are a million uses for these! We also have a 6" version with neat hardware. You might attach the buckles by sewing or with a rivet or eyelet machine.
