Patent Vinyl Buckle with silvertone rivets - 5 1/2" long. There are a million uses for these! Corset tops, reconstructed t-shirts, handbags, scrapbooks.
You might attach the buckles by sewing (if you can sew through vinyl) or with a rivet. I think there are too many holes and too much metal for glue to work well.
