Fancy, Glittery Rhinestone and Silvertone Slide Buckle - Square, 3/8" / 10mm center bar (inside measurement) - outside is about 5/8". Made of lightweight metal with nicely faceted stones, this buckle is good for flip flops, wedding decorations, hair bows, etc. No prong. These make such pretty buckles for straps, hair bows, doll belts, cosmetic or cell phone bags, scrapbooks etc. A 3/8" wide ribbon would slide through perfectly, or use a thicker ribbon or a strip of fabric if you want a more gathered effect.
