This ottoman has small ribs - you could use it instead of slinky if you wanted a sturdier and less stretchy fabric. It would make flattering pants and unstructured jackets, and doesn't wrinkle. The back is flat, and the front is ribbed, with a dry hand.
The ribs run across the width. There is no stretch in this direction (the direction of the ribs). It is very stretchy along the length (perpendicular to the ribs). Please note that it's 48" wide and priced accordingly. Quantities are limited.
