Button looping with elastic loops. The white button is a 1/2" button and the elastic slips over it easily. Normally, you sew 1/4" wide (black and white) tape into the seam so that it is unseen but it's pretty enough to be on top if you desired. The tape itself is not stretchy. Measuring middle to middle, the loops are spaced 1" apart.
