This is a soft but strong 4-way stretch fabric with tiny but visible holes, also known as powernet. The holes are not very noticeable from far away. It's very lightweight but feels durablem with great stretch and recovery. You could use it for dancewear, panties, bra backs, or doll stockings. It's a great value at 64" wide!
