Fancy, Glittery Rhinestone and Silvertone Slide Buckle - Round, 5/8" / 15mm center bar (this is the inside measurement -- the outside measurement is about 13/16"). Made of lightweight metal with big, sparkly czech crystals, this buckle is good for flip flops, wedding decorations, hair bows, etc. No center prong.
