Fancy, Glittery Rhinestone and Silvertone Slide Buckle - Heart Shaped, 3/8" center bar (this is the inside measurement -- it is about 3/4" on the outside). Made of lightweight metal with nicely faceted stones, this buckle is good for flip flops, wedding decorations, hair bows, straps, scrapbooking, etc. No prong. In the photo, the ribbon shown is actually 3/8" bra strap elastic, and it slides through easily, or use a thicker ribbon or a strip of fabric if you want a more gathered effect.
