Minimum order: None. Just one yard per style. Or for things other than fabric by the yard, one piece per item.

The technology available only allows ordering in full yard increments. However, we will be glad to take your fabric fractional yard order manually (minimum of one yard per item). You can a) phone it in (we are on Central time) or b) e-mail a list of what you want to buy, your postal code, and whether or not you want to pay with PayPal or with a credit card, and you will receive an invoice via e-mail through which you can pay securely. All we ask is that each piece be at least one yard long.

Shipping: Is calculated by weight and zip code/country. In the USA, we ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground which requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). In the rare event of package loss or damage, thank you for helping us file the needed documentation with the carrier. If you also purchase from our eBay store, please let us know before you check out on eBay so that we can combine shipping on your orders and reduce your shipping costs vs. separate shipments.

Items are usually shipped the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). Items in the online product catalog are in stock, or on the way from our supplier (unless otherwise listed), but if there is an unexpected out of stock or shortage issue, we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping your order. Sometimes suppliers short us, or goods turn out to be flawed, so it happens. Thanks for giving us a current e-mail address and telephone number so that we can contact you with questions about your order.

Express methods: UPS 3-day and 2-day is available on the website. if you need overnight please call in your order so that we can be sure to fulfill it in time and make the extra expense worthwhile for you.

Dallas-Fort Worth residents are welcome to shop in our studio by appointment. Just call or email us, and set up a time. It is located in Westminster, TX which is in Collin County, near Anna (one hour north of Dallas, 20 min. from McKinney). Read on for more info about the shop.

Payment Methods: Checkout online using: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also offer Google Checkout. On credit card orders, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This is to protect the customer from unauthorized credit card use. You may also use a Money Order (USA only), or phone in or FAX your credit card order (FAX to 972-692-7695). Your credit card statement will read "Outrageous Fortune LLC" or an abbreviation of this. It may say "PayPal" even if you used a credit card -- PayPal processes our credit cards.

Cancellations: Since we ship your order as soon as possible, often within hours of receipt, orders will only be eligible for cancellation if the order has not shipped yet. Special order cancellations vary by product and will be determined when you place your order.

Returns: Returns are accepted provided the product has not been altered in any way and is returned in its original condition. Please contact us for return authorization within 7 days after receipt. Special orders and bulk orders are not returnable. Outgoing shipping is not refundable. We pay return shipping in case of error or defects.

Sales, Specials and Coupons: Are valid only for website, telephone and in-store sales (not on eBay sales). They are limited to stock on-hand and not on special orders. Shipping specials exclude "oversize" packages (i.e., rolls which have a surcharge by UPS).

International Customers are an important part of our business!

We gladly ship to international destinations via the US Postal Service. The customer is responsible for customs charges and duties/taxes, if any, and we cannot predict what these might be. If you would prefer a private carrier (such as UPS, DHL etc.), please let us know and we will gladly ship on your account number - however, this is usually a lot more expensive for the customer since private carriers charge a high customs brokerage fee. Sorry, but we reserve the right to reject orders from countries with an abnormally high instance of credit card fraud.

Actual loss of the package is extremely rare (less than a couple of times a year out of hundreds of packages). Delays in Customs in the destination country are common. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact your local post office to see if it may be there waiting to be picked up. If you have an urgent deadline, Express Mail is your safest bet.

You will usually need to pick up packages from the post office in order to sign customs forms and possibly pay fees to the government. Please contact your customs authorities to determine what duties or taxes may be levied. On the customs forms, we will declare the package as "merchandise" and list retail price of the item(s) only, not including shipping and handling. We cannot mark items as gifts as this can result in fines to both the buyer and seller.

Privacy Policy: We will not share your information with anyone, for any reason. We do have an email list which we use to notify our customers of new products and specials, and it's an opt-in list.
