The technology available only allows ordering in full yard increments. However, we will be glad to take your fabric fractional yard order manually (minimum of one yard per item). You can a) phone it in (we are on Central time) or b) e-mail a list of what you want to buy, your postal code, and whether or not you want to pay with PayPal or with a credit card, and you will receive an invoice via e-mail through which you can pay securely. All we ask is that each piece be at least one yard long. Shipping: Is calculated by weight and zip code/country. In the USA, we ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Ground which requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). In the rare event of package loss or damage, thank you for helping us file the needed documentation with the carrier. If you also purchase from our eBay store, please let us know before you check out on eBay so that we can combine shipping on your orders and reduce your shipping costs vs. separate shipments. Items are usually shipped the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). Items in the online product catalog are in stock, or on the way from our supplier (unless otherwise listed), but if there is an unexpected out of stock or shortage issue, we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping your order. Returns: Returns are accepted provided the product has not been altered in any way and is returned in its original condition. Please contact us for return authorization within 7 days after receipt. Special orders and bulk orders are not returnable. Outgoing shipping is not refundable. We pay return shipping in case of error or defects. Sales, Specials and Coupons: Are valid only for website, telephone and in-store sales (not on eBay sales). They are limited to stock on-hand and not on special orders. Shipping specials exclude "oversize" packages (i.e., rolls which have a surcharge by UPS). International Customers are an important part of our business! We gladly ship to international destinations via the US Postal Service. The customer is responsible for customs charges and duties/taxes, if any, and we cannot predict what these might be. If you would prefer a private carrier (such as UPS, DHL etc.), please let us know and we will gladly ship on your account number - however, this is usually a lot more expensive for the customer since private carriers charge a high customs brokerage fee. International Shipping and Transit Times: Cost will be calculated based on the weight in your cart. The cost you see at checkout is your final shipping/handling cost.
