Minimum order: None. Just one yard  or one piece per style. Yes we do bulk orders too!

The system accepts only full yard increments. However, we will be glad to take your fabric fractional yard order manually (minimum of one yard per item). You can a) phone it in (we are on Central time) or b) e-mail us and we will make arrangements. All we ask is that each piece be at least one yard long.

Items are usually shipped the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). 

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Google Checkout is available via manual invoice. You may also phone in your credit card order.

Cancellations: Since we often ship within hours of receipt, orders are eligible for cancellation if the order has not shipped yet. Special order cancellations vary by product and will be determined when you place your order.

Returns: Returns are accepted provided the product has not been altered in any way and is returned in its original condition. Please contact us for return authorization within 5 days after receipt. Special orders and bulk orders (including website orders that qualify for bulk discounts) are not returnable. Outgoing shipping is not refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.  We pay return shipping in case of our error or defects.

Please measure carefully and if necessary request swatches before ordering.

Goods are sold "as-is" and we do not warrant their suitability for any particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for compliance with manufacturing, packaging, labeling or other requirements of any Federal, State or local law or regulations. Please perform your own testing and test each piece or roll individually.

Pricing and availability information may change without notice, including items labeled as "re-orderable."  Re-orderable means that if there is customer demand, and supplier availability, we plan to keep the item in stock. "Close-out" means that once it is gone, it is gone.

Sales, Specials and Coupons: Are valid only for website, telephone and in-store sales. They are limited to stock on-hand and not on special orders and cannot be applied retroactively.

Student & Faculty Discounts: Students & Faculty receive a 10% discount. Please e-mail us a scan of your current student or faculty ID card or e-mail us from an .edu email address for the discount code. All we ask is that you let your fellow students and faculty know about us! If you would like us to send you some business or postcards please let us know.

Newsletter: We will not share your information with anyone, for any reason. We have an email list which we use to notify our customers of new products and specials, and it's an opt-in list. We don't like to be spammed either, it's used sparingly. If you wish to be removed, just click the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
