As of February, 2010, UPS Express is temporarily discontinued. We gladly offer USPS Priority and UPS Ground which takes 1-4 business days (continental USA) depending on your location.
Payment Methods: Checkout online using: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Google Checkout is available via manual invoice. You may also phone in your credit card order. Your credit card statement may read "Outrageous Fortune LLC" or an abbreviation of this. It may say "PayPal" even if you used a credit card -- PayPal processes our credit cards.
Items are usually shipped the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). Items in the online product catalog are in stock, or on the way from our supplier (unless otherwise noted), but if there is an unexpected out of stock or shortage issue, we will attempt to contact you prior to shipping your order. Sometimes suppliers short us, or goods turn out to be flawed, so it happens.
Yes - we ship worldwide every day, and checking out is as easy as it is for USA customers. For more details on International shipping please read on.
Shipping: Is calculated by weight and location. In the USA, we ship United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class (under 14 oz.), USPS Priority and UPS which requires a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). We do not use Parcel Post because it's too slow. High-value orders will always go UPS. The speed for USPS Priority and UPS Ground is roughly the same. If there is a deadline, choose UPS. The Postal Service is neither predictable nor trackable.
If you live outside the continental USA we will stuff as much as possible into a USPS flat rate box if it will cost less, and refund you the difference. Except for fur and fleece, we usually save our customers money in AK, HI and PR.
Puerto Rico: For an accurate shipping quote, please select your country as Puerto Rico, not USA. It's crazy - UPS treats PR as another country but USPS treats PR as part of the USA! If you need help please let us know.
