This is a 2-piece cinch buckle for making retro belts. The opening is 2" wide, so you would use a 2" wide elastic or other material. Or use a wider piece of stretchy fabric and have a gathered effect. You could do a million things with this. The buckle is held together by tension; it does not snap.

The opening is 2". The highest part is 2 1/4" tall. When buckled, the two pieces come together as 2" wide.
